Author Guidelines for Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers through the Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) submission portal.

1. Manuscript Preparation

  • Authors should prepare their manuscripts according to the prescribed conference template. Papers to be published by Springer CCIS proceedings should be full papers (12-15 pages in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format, 400 words per page) and short papers (< 12 pages). Author instructions and template for Word file can be found here: https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines
  • The manuscript should clearly include the title, abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, and references, as appropriate.
  • Figures, tables, and equations should be properly numbered and cited in the text.
  • Authors are requested to carefully proofread their manuscripts before submission.

2. Originality and Publication Ethics

  • Submitted papers must represent original and unpublished research work.
  • The manuscript must not be under review or consideration for publication elsewhere.

All submissions will be checked for plagiarism and must comply with acceptable standards of research ethics and academic integrity. The plagiarism should be less than 15%.
